First thing I did was of course to call the customer & listen to what he has to say! Sigh... this is a thankless job! Customer was really mad... ok I cant disclose the details here but what I can say is, if I'm in his shoes I would have told my colleague off!
Again it's always the same person! He's in his late 40s, (I've nothing against people in their 40s or 50s or even 60s) all my bosses are at these age ranges plus tons of other colleagues as well. But this particular guy is problematic. I wrote my report & pity my boss who has to really deal with him!
I came to this blog when I google for the whitening jab, but this particular post caught my attention instead. I worked in a big organization & we all know the office politics in such places can be bad.
ReplyDeleteLately one of my colleague got offended because a HOD from another department ask her to do something. Well if I'm her. I'll just do it, it's such a small thing, plus we are all working for the same organization. But she didn't , instead she started bad-mouthing this particular HOD. As the word spreads , a small thing turn intro something much bigger.
In the end, she ended up looking like a 'bitch' , got a warning letter from the company !!! She came around looking for sympathy but all of us kept our distance- she should just kept her big mouth shut!
wow... you guys kept a distance, no support? I thought colleagues should stick together against management?
DeleteYou haven't seen this colleague of mine, she's really mean-spirited. Always shooting her mouth off , about everything & everyone! She so deserve it !
